‘Elmar, Elmar, Elmar’

A unique feat was achieved at International Dairy Week in 2015, when Australia’s Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion and Honourable Mention holstein cows were all owned and bred by Elmar Holsteins. Even more remarkable, all were members of the Jessica cow family.

Six year old Elmar Ice Jessica was Grand Champion over Reserve Grand Champion 4 year old Elmar Goldwyn Jessica 11 who beat her full sister Elmar Goldwyn Jessica 4 who was Honourable Mention.

To top it off, Elmar Goldwyn Jessica 4 was crowned Champion Udder of the Holstein Show.
